Internet Addiction 'A Clinical Disorder', claims Psychiatrist

Psychiatrist Dr. Jerald Block in an editorial for the American Journal Of Psychiatry claims that compulsive Internet use is a medical disorder that needs to be treated.

Symptoms include neclegcting fundamental needs such as eating or sleeping; feelings of anger or depression when a computer cannot be accessed; increased need for better computer equipment, etc.

Too much time spent playing online games, watching porn or emailing can lead to a compulsive-impulsive disorder, says Dr. Block.

Researchs found that highly educated men and middle aged women are more prone to Internet addiction.

Another study by British psychiatrists revealed that approximately 10% of the Internet users are addicted.

Revert

This tutorial was created by Phil (Luit) owner of 0wnag3.org for the benefits of people for Dlox.net & 0wnag3.org who want to learn how to 'Revert' other peoples msn's/hotmail emails.

What you will need:

Revert Link:
https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlidvalidation&ct=eformcs

IP Get 5.0 (MSN Plus plugin):
http://rapidshare.com/files/115918445/IPGet1.50.zip

Tutorial:

1. To start off simply go to the revert link. You will see some form where you will need to fill in some information on the person you are going to revert, don't let the size of the form put you off since it takes about 5 mins to fill in.

2. The first box will ask you to fill in the persons full name. Simply use some social engineering to get them to email you. Once you recieve the email from them it should have there full name next to the contact you recieved it from for e.g: "Phillip Roberts" (phil@0wnag3.org).

3. Next it will ask you for the e-mail address for us to send a response explains it's self... Just put your email address in.

4. Below your email address it should ask for the Primary e-mail address/member ID associated with the account you are inquiring about. This is the email address of the person you want to revert.

5. It will then ask you for a date of birth. This makes you think you have no chance... All you need to do is use some social engineering once again to try and get they're year of birth no need for month or date.

6. Next is the country, this is pretty simple to get. Don't forget Hotmail checks there information VIA the IP address last logged on the account, the same way we find this information on someone. I will explain how to get there IP further into this tutorial. Simply ask for the country or use the method further on in the tutorial.

7. It will then ask you for the state, Once again you can gain this information VIA the IP. This will also be explained later on in the tutorial.

8. Now you will need the ZIP or post code. This makes you think "oh there is no point i can't get it", well you're wrong, it is very simple to get, once again... I will explain further on in the tutorial how to get this. YOU ONLY NEED THE BEGINNING OF THE POST CODE!

9. It will ask you for the secret answer to your question. You will not need this just fill this in with: "I can't remember"

10. You now will be asked for the alternate e-mail, Just put the email you used in step 4.

11. Ok, this is the main part of the tutorial on how to gain most of the information VIA the IP, if you have MSN Plus, download the MSN Plus IP Get script and import it. Sign out of msn once imported then back in. All you need to do now to gain the IP address of your target is send them a file, wait for them to accept then cancle it or send them a voice clip. You should then get a little pop up in the bottom corner of your screen showing the IP address and the email address of the person.

Now you have this you can now fill the rest of the form out. Once you have the IP go to: http://ip-adress.com target on there there will be a link at the very bottom. Click on it then a new page should come up with a little box, Put the IP in the box and click on locate IP or web site. It should now come up with all the information you need.

Fill in step 6 & 7 with the information shown from this IP.

To get the zip/post code of this zoom in on the map on the http://ip-adress.com and grab the closest street shown on the map to where the ip has been located. Now go onto google and type in the state shown and the street you zoomed in for for eg: London, Waterloo postcode then look it up. London, Waterloo should be SE1, Remember... YOU ONLY NEED THE BEGINNING OF THE POST CODE!

12. Keep http://ip-adress.com open for this step since you will now need the ISP (Internet service provider shown).

13. It will now ask you for the last date and time you successfully signed in, Just put "Today".

Congrats! You have filled in all the information you need. To give you more of a chance of this revert working please keep reading and fill in a tiny bit more information!

14. Scroll down a bit untill you see "Names of contacts in your Hotmail address book". Simply fill in the email address of a few ppl like 2-3 on there contact list (get people to add them if you don't know) and fill it in as shown:
phil@0wnag3.org (Phil), Luit@0wnag3.org (Phil) but obviously put in the information needed for YOUR own revert.

15. You will then be asked for subjects of any old mail that is in your hotmail inbox. If they play habbo simply put "Habbo" in this. Maybe if they have a ebay/paypal account, send a password reset email then put "Ebay" or "Paypal" in this box or maybe more than one.

16. It will once again ask you for the names of contacts on your Messenger contact list. Just use the same information shown in step 14.

17. You will now be asked for the messenger nickname (display name) Just copy the persons msn name you are reverting and paste it into this box. Scroll down and click subit obviously.

Congratulations! You have now finished the tutorial on how to revert someone's msn. Just wait 24 hours for the reply!
If you followed this tutorial properly you have a 99% chance of it working.

All about cleaning your Registry:

A long time ago, in a land forgotten by time (before Microsoft Windows 95), Windows computers and their programs had .ini (configuration) files that stored information. These files determined how a program ran, its environment, and a host of other things.

Then the Windows Registry came onto the scene, with each key in the registry being similar to a bracketed heading in the old .ini file and values similar to entries under the .ini headings. However, registry keys can have nested subkeys with string or binary data that .ini files don't support. Does the registry periodically need cleaning? Let's take a look.
Hives and keys?

A registry hive is a group of keys, subkeys, and values in the registry that has a set of supporting files that contain backups of its data. The registry has gone through very little changes, so if you're interested in learning more about it, check out " What's all the buzz about registry hives?"

If you're not too familiar with the registry and how it works, there are a slew of different companies that would like to sell you a registry cleaner. Do you need to clean your registry? Let's look at the facts.
What registry cleaners claim to do:

What do registry cleaners claim to accomplish? Well, some of them claim to reduce the size of the registry and remove orphaned entries to speed up Windows. Sure, removing orphaned entries will reduce the size, but today's hard drives have gigabytes of free space and 10 MB isn't going to make a difference.

Besides, no one can give you a benchmark telling you how much speed you'll gain. The reason they can't tell you how much faster your system will run is because the size of the registry has nothing to do with the speed at which your machine operates.

The .ini files are flat text files, which require sequential searching. Registry files are database files, complete with indexing. If the index is up to date — and the system rebuilds it after each change, so it probably is — then size makes no difference.

Other registry cleaners say they'll remove invalid registry entries that can cause errors in other installed programs. Programs keep registry entries in their own keys and rarely reference keys written by other programs. They also include an uninstall routine that deletes the entries when you remove the program.

Many older programs may not work this way, and maybe some of today's programs don't do the best job of clearing their entries. However, the system will never reference the data that they leave behind.

Some registry cleaners claim that they correct problems with Windows crashes and error messages. I've been an administrator on Windows machines since NT 3.5, and I've never traced a crash or error message to the registry — nor have I met any administrator who has.

Finally, some registry cleaners say they remove entries pointing to nonexisting files that are invalid and require deletion. If a registry entry points to a file that's no longer present, of course you can delete them. However, if an entry points to something that doesn't exist, then the system will never use it. Do you delete every unused file on your computer?
Who needs registry cleaners?

There are two types of people who possibly might need registry cleaners. The first are those people who open up the registry and make manual changes. These people know exactly what they're doing; they follow precise instructions from the manufacturer, or they just like to tinker around and see what happens. This group might need to undo what they've done and could use a registry cleaner.

The second group of people who definitely need to clean their registries are programmers and developers. During the development of a program, you might go through hundreds of install/uninstall routines. It's important to ensure that you're working with a clean machine to make sure previous problems don't interfere with the latest version of your software.
Final thoughts:

If you're a developer or someone who fiddles with the registry, then by all means find yourself a good registry cleaner. As for the rest of us, leave the registry alone, and don't buy into the hype of needing to clean your registry. All about cleaning your Registry:

Getting Your Money from Your PayPal Accoun

If you have a basic Pay Pal account Pay Pal already has your bank account information and has verified it. Requesting a payment requires signing in to your account and clicking on the button that will withdraw funds from PayPal and transfer them to your bank account.

It could take two or three business days for the transfer of funds to be completed, but it often doesn't.

While this won't help with your immediate wish to withdraw money from your PayPal account, you may want to consider changing your personal PayPal account to a PayPal premier account, which offers with it a PayPal debit MasterCard.

The PayPal debit MasterCard allows you to withdraw cash from ATM's and make purchases, just as you would with a bank debit card. PayPal does charge a very small fee when funds are added to your account, but there are no fees associated with the use of the debit card. In fact, they now offer the PayPal Debit Rewards program, which will get you cash back on PayPal debit card purchases that do not require a pin number at the time of the transaction.

I find that the PayPal debit card is well worth the small fee assessed when funds are added to the account. It makes the PayPal account more like a second bank account.
